Regan Grimes is not a new name in the bodybuilding community. He has become increasingly popular in the past few years. He qualified for Mr. Olympia 2023 by winning the Europa Pro bodybuilding show, defeating his opponent Nathan De Asha in a close battle.

Grimes performed astonishingly well in his first Mr. Olympia competition in 2023. Moreover, he secured a place in the top ten standings in the Mr. Olympia. Recently, he posted a picture on his official Instagram account displaying his preparation for 2023. Grimes’ impressive physique left the fan awe-struck.

Regan Grimes gave a sneak peek at his preparation for the year 2023. The IFBB Pro had two major competitions back in 2023. He performed exceptionally well in both competitions and secured ninth place in the Mr. Olympia. His physique in the image looked lean and shredded. All the separation lines were easily noticeable on his physique. Grimes has a broad shoulder and a small waist, which is an ideal physique for a bodybuilder. 

The IFBB Pro captioned the image,” The Prep Files 2023 @yamamotonutrition. Those flat mornings after fasted cardio.” He highlighted how he used to perform his cardio without taking any meals. Grimes followed a five-day workout regime.

He used to hit his arms on Monday, his legs on Tuesday, and his shoulder on Wednesday. Thursday amounts to his back exercises and on Friday he indulged in chest exercises. He uses Saturday and Sunday as his rest days for recovering from such intense workout sessions. 

Grimes fans expressed their awe and admiration after a glimpse of such an impressive physique. Moreover, fans filled the comment section with their love and support, comparing him to a famous American show’s animated character.

One admirer made a bold prediction and declared the Canadian IFBB Pro’s physique the best, commenting,” Unreal shape. No one else comes close besides maybe classic Flex Wheeler.” Another commented,” Insane shape bro. You are shredded down to the most microscopic fiber of muscle.” He continued,” Insane how every muscle is looking so lean and cut. Let’s go for that Mr. O this year.” Lastly, one highlighted the X factor in Grimes’s symmetry and commented,” Perfect symmetry the “X” factor.”
