Brad Gouthro’s ultimate advice on gut health and probiotics supplement

In his recent video, while interacting with fans and followers, a curious viewer asked: “Are probiotics worth the money?” While Gouthro’s response was a clear-cut yes, it had its own twist. Straight off the bat, he urged his viewers to take up a practical approach, encouraging them to ask themselves a pivotal question: Does it align with your budget? However, Gouthro highlighted the potential benefits of probiotics, particularly in promoting gut health. He explained that many individuals struggle with digestion due to the depletion of beneficial bacteria in their gut caused by years of poor dietary choices. This imbalance can lead to digestive issues such as bloating.

If you often experience digestive discomfort, Gouthro recommended exploring probiotic supplementation as a possible solution. He advised to give probiotics a “60 to 90 days” trial period to assess any resulting changes in energy levels and abdominal appearance. If improvements are observed, it indicates that probiotics are effectively supporting gut health and may be a worthwhile investment. However, a while back, another fitness coach and personal trainer revealed the dangers of what is considered to be healthy food to maintain fitness.
