The fitness enthusiast and millionaire Bryan Johnson has been undergoing a specific treatment method to ensure that he reverses his aging process.
Widely known for the Blueprint project, which is designed to defy aging, he recently shared a video on his Instagram account. Through the video, he called Blueprint the best health protocol ever.

Recently, he took to his Instagram account to share a video, in which he can be seen talking about Blueprint, on which he has worked a lot and invested much of his wealth. He said, “I say, tongue in cheek, that blueprint is the best health protocol ever developed. Prove me wrong with your data.”

He further went on to say that the most tricky thing is that people come across hundreds of gurus who come up with different sayings. Expressing the major objective of Blueprint, he said, that Blueprint provides people a starting point to anti-aging and that people can see measure themself, then iterate and improve upon it.
According to Johnson, reversing age can be possible, and because of this belief, he adopted a routine of engaging in treatment methods that many often consider eccentric or unusual.

Johnson’s unusual routine to stay young
In order to create a life-enhancing system, Blueprint, he invested around $4 million. He outsourced all of his health information to a group of highly qualified physicians who utilized his biological data to design a personalized exercise program and rigorous diet. The blueprint system includes taking 111 pills every day, wearing a cap that shoots a red light on his scalp, and many other methods that supposedly help in reversing Johnson’s age.

According to him, eating a cookie increases aging. Along with this, he had once said, “sleeping eight hours a day is an act of “violence to the body.” In one of his interviews with Time magazine, he said, “Most people assume death is inevitable. We’re just basically trying to prolong the time we have before we die.” He added, “I don’t think there’s been any time in history where Homo sapiens could say with a straight face that death may not be inevitable.” Do you also believe that age-reversing can happen?
