Hollywood action star?Arnold Schwarzenegger?had an affair with his housekeeper in 1997. In 2011, the world found out about it. The incident resulted in his divorce from his wife, Maria Shriver, and nearly tore his family apart. What compounded the problem was the fact that Schwarzenegger had fathered a son with Mildred Baena. However, with time, Schwarzenegger developed a great relationship with his 25-year-old son, Joseph Baena. The?bodybuilding?legend’s son now has fans of his own.
Earlier, the seven-time Mr. Olympia’s son uploaded a video on Instagram. The young actor addressed over half a million fans in the video and spoke about Hispanic Heritage Month. Since his mother is Guatemalan, the actor made a heartfelt confession about his Hispanic roots on the first day of the month-long celebration.

The 25-year-old started the video by wishing everyone a?“Happy Hispanic Heritage Month.”?The actor, who will star alongside Morgan Freeman in his upcoming movie, said he wanted to share some fun facts about Hispanic Heritage Month. Baena said the celebrations?“Start September 15, which actually marks the anniversary of independence for five Latin American countries.”

“Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and of course, Guatemala,”?said Baena. His mother, Mildred Baena, hails from Guatemala. The bodybuilding legend’s son said the five nations?“declared independence from Spain in 1821. (A) pivotal moment in their history… actually inspired similar movements throughout the region,”?explained Baena.
The 25-year-old embraced his roots and wrote in the post’s caption that he is “proud to be Latino” and honors the?“diverse cultures, traditions, (and) achievements of all the Hispanic and Latino communities in the United States.”?The actor also said,?“It’s time”?to recognize how the Hispanic community has enriched the country and showed there is strength in diversity. He ended the video by urging everyone to celebrate together. It seems like his father, Baena, is also connected to his roots.

Like father, like son
Despite leaving Austria in 1968, Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t abandon his country. After learning of the fame and success he desired,?Schwarzenegger contributed to Austria?just as he had done to America. The former governor’s climate initiative is based out of his homeland. The former Mr. Universe travels to Austria to hold the Austrian World Summit every year.
Just like Jo Baena spoke about the unique cuisine of Hispanic cultures, 76-year-old Schwarzenegger hasn’t forgotten the cuisine of his homeland. From schnapps to schnitzels, Arnold Schwarzenegger still enjoys the foods he loved as a kid.
