Popular fitness brand YoungLA has made major strides on the internet with a new collab. The brand has put two industry-dominating icons together under one roof. Earlier, Joseph Baena, the son of the seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger, had dropped some hints about what was to come.

Alongside Baena, the fitness brand invited Hany Rambod, aka the Pro Creator, Axel Martinez, and Shizzy Lifts, to workout together. The Pro Creator, being the coach of bodybuilding icons like Chris Bumstead and Derek Lunsford, couldn’t hold himself back and put the three through an intense arms day.

The trio kicked off their arms day with some warm-up sets of bicep curls on the cable machine. Rambod made his intentions pretty clear from the warm-up sets; he pushed them to their limits and made them do some extra reps. The 49-year-old coach hyped up Baena and made him do partial reps after his warm-up sets. After their warm-up, they moved to their working sets, and Shizzy joined them.

They started with hammer curls, and with just the warm-up sets, their arms were pumped, and the pumped veins were easily noticeable. It seemed like Rambod did his job perfectly. The Pro Creator made a slight adjustment to the exercise and ensured that their forms were fixed, asking them to bring the dumbbells toward their chest during the movement. The real deal was yet to follow.

The three fitness enthusiasts took turns to do the reversed incline bench barbell curls. Rambod watched the complete set and made them do a five-second pause on top, increasing the time under tension. He made them do partial reps at the end of their sets.

Then Rambod directed them to engage in seated skull crushers with an easy bar. Rambod fixed Shizzy’s form while he did the reps and gave extra attention to his reps. They further moved on to the close grip bench press for their triceps, and Shizzy lifted the heaviest among the other influencers.

The bodybuilding icons wrapped up their training session with the rope tricep extensions. The Pro Creator trained them like he trains his athletes for the Olympia championship, pushing the influencers beyond their limits. After the workout, Rambod asked for a review of his workout as well.

The trio was all for Rambod’s grueling session

First, the Olympia coach asked Baena about his views on the workout. Baena replied, “I’ll be pumped up for the next 3 days uh we’ll be elevating the arms can’t be using them for uh for much tomorrow so it’s good thank you for that.” Then Rambod asked Shizzy about his experience.

Shizzy mentioned how he “always love training with Hany.” The last review was from the Mexican influencer, and he said, “I’m dying right now.” Rambod even highlighted the amount of sweat Martinez got from the workout, and the Pro Creator said, “He doesn’t even sweat this much when he does legs.”

The monster arms workout was a blast for each athlete, and they felt great after the workout. The Pro Creator only made them do basic exercises, and the partial reps did their job well. Will you try out doing partial reps in your arms day workout? Let us know in the comments.
