In the video, he is talking about dips and chest exercises, and the position in which the triceps and pectoral exercises should be done. “Dips are great for the triceps as well as the chest. The way you differentiate between the two and the technique you use for the chest is that you wanna be able to lean forward. If you lean forward, you’re gonna hit lot more of that decline you are gonna have that lower pec obviously you still get that axillary triceps.”

He also spoke about being upright and focusing on the triceps and he said that the bodybuilder doing the exercise was focusing on the chest. Hany Rambod is very technical about his training and has trained people like Hadi Choopan, Chris Bumstead, and Derek Lunsford. His FST-7 form of training has the most effective results.

Rambod’s bicep exercise including Spider Curls

Spider Curls are a different variation of the classic bicep curl, where the arms are taken further from the body with the help of the inclined seat and the weight is lifted on the forehead. The Pro Creator said that the exercise puts a lot of emphasis on the biceps as it helps isolate the muscle. “It really makes you focus and not use momentum or swing”, he said.

Rambod also made a little adjustment as he emphasized the significance of the slower contractions and relaxation through the spider curl technique. He said that by performing slow contractions the bodybuilders put more tension on the muscle which results in the greater growth of that muscle over time.
