Lil Wayne is an American rapper and singer and despite being 41 years old, the singer hardly looks like it. In one of his interviews with Bars By Culture, Lil Wayne revealed the secrets of his fit physique.
Wayne, one of the most influential hip-hop artists, has with much emphasis, made it clear that he does not do any kinds of exercises, be it push-ups or lifting weights. But without working out, how does Lil Wayne maintain his physique? Let us find out.
Lil Wayne eats only his chef’s food

In the interview, Wayne explained how he has a personal chef whom he never defies. He commented, “I have a personal chef. They not making nothing healthy. I don’t eat healthy, I don’t have a certain day where I eat something, none of that, I just make sure that I eat my chef’s food every single day…” Then Wayne also mentioned that his chef adds vegetables to his food which makes things healthier. He said, “They make sure that vegetables are included in every meal. No matter what I choose to eat every night, they make sure vegetables are included in there.”
Wayne also explained that because he only eats food prepared by his chef, he never eats junk food from outside, even claiming that it has been ages since he tried McDonald’s and other fast food. He said, “So what that means is I haven’t had a McDonald’s fry, fast food, a chicken nugget, none of that in over 15 years. Simply, that right there, that’s healthy. I don’t have a regimen.”

But unlike other celebrities, Lil Wayne received some advice earlier in his life and has since then had a personal chef. Let’s see what led to this.
Lil Wayne’s mother advised him to get a personal chef
Wayne had once revealed in an Apple Music Show with Zane Lowe how it was his mother who basically made him follow a disciplined diet throughout his life. Starting from when he was 19, the same age when his mother gave birth to him, Lil Wayne had a personal chef. He stated, “When I was 19, I moved to Miami and my mom is a chef and she was very happy for the move because New Orleans is crazy. One thing she really wanted me to do was get a personal chef.”

The singer then further added how he never follows a gym routine. He stated, “People always say to me, ‘What’s your workout? What do you do when you get in the gym?’ I be like, ‘Only gyms I know is Jim Jones.’” Even in his interview with Bars By Culture, he had said, “I don’t workout, I don’t do no push-ups, none of that. I ain’t lifting weights. Literally none of that.”
As Lil Wayne, reveals, it is his diet that has ensured that he does not stray from the path of fitness. It is small changes like these that bring about big changes in one’s fitness.
