Chris Hemsworth, known for his legendary character Thor has made waves in the fitness world with his unique approach to maintaining his body. The 40-year-old actor, who hardly looks his age, showcased his ambitions recently as he underwent an experience of how regenerative medicine works and what it promises.
Hemsworth, who continues to contribute to the community through his fitness app, Centr, has now tested a technique that was in the past used by bodybuilding great Ronnie Coleman and the five-time Mr. Olympia winner, Chris Bumstead.

Then the actor proceeded to explain how this technological advancement can lead many to a longer life, helping them continue in their careers. “With this kind of technology available, I plan to keep making films well into my 100’s (or 1500 in Asgard) @bobbydazzler84 @zocobodypro,” Hemsworth wrote. While Hemsworth might be joking about living over 100 years, one cannot deny the fact that stem cell therapy is, in fact, a method that has helped many in the fitness industry in their journeys.
Earlier, Ronnie Coleman had revealed his trysts with the treatment alongside the young and new face of Classic Physique, Chris Bumstead.

After his 4th Mr. Olympia win in Classic Physique, CBum revealed his torn bicep news through social media. In the process, he also confessed to taking stem cell treatment for a speedy recovery for the preparation of 2023 Mr. Olympia, which he later won. Back then, CBum told his audience, “Just did some stem cell injections. But stem cells, and peptides, trying to heal the process up. I haven’t trained in five weeks or so. I have done legs like once a week, but like not working hard, so I am letting my body recover now, but Olympia is in nine months.”
On the other hand, Coleman has remained a major advocate of the therapy, often explaining how stem cell therapy has always kept his health in check while helping alleviate his pain as well. The bodybuilder who underwent 13 surgeries in his lifetime also revealed how he plans to get more treatment in the future, as his visit to a Dubai Medical facility was great. He mentioned, “My back is feeling off the chain after my treatment at @madrecoverycenter here in Abu Dhabi with my good friend @theamrismail. Thanks again for everything and looking forward to coming back for more treatment in the future…Yeah Buddy.”
