The sport of bodybuilding observes cut-throat competition as it is a very subjective sport. While an athlete might look like a clear winner to a person, the judges might find it otherwise. This is why bodybuilding consists of a lot of rivalries. One such rivalry that the fans enjoyed immensely was of seven times Mr. Olympia winner Phil Heath, and his arch-nemesis Kai Greene.

As the duo continues to inspire countless individuals, even after years of not competing on a bodybuilding stage, the moments of their rivalry still remain fresh in the hearts of many. Sharing a video consisting of clips of their epic moments, Phil Heath recently took a look back in time.

While their rivalry had been going on for ages, back in 2014, the world of bodybuilding observed one of the coldest moments of the sport. During the press conference before the Olympia, Kai Greene was asked to name three things that he is better at compared to Heath. Greene confidently pointed out, “Fact 01- We’ll outweigh him by 40 lbs, fact 02- we’ll be wider, fact 03- It’s all over from the rear, and that’s just it.”

Continuing further, was also asked to list three things that he is better at. Thinking on his feet, Heath replied by saying, “2011, 2012, and 2013.” The reel which consisted of this exact same clip, was recently shared on his Instagram story by Heath.

Kai Greene makes a candid revelation

Heath went on to an unstoppable streak and won the Olympia title seven times. This often infuriated his foe which was visible during their pose downs. It was during the 2014 Olympia only that the duo nearly got into a fight on stage as well. During an interview a while ago, Kai Greene was asked about Heath. With a smile on his face, Greene stated, “I hate that guy.”
