The bodybuilding world never misses a chance to amuse its fans. There’s always room for a bit of friendly banter, and the recent exchange between Phil Heath and his long-time rival Kai Greene is a testament to that statement. See, the even-time Mr. Olympia Heath recently proudly flaunted his impressive neck in an Instagram post. But it wasn’t just that he was flaunting, he was also advertising his impressive collection of Olympias. One could almost be certain it was a brag. Only, Kai Green had something cheeky to say about it.

How much does Heath’s accomplishments weigh?

In the Instagram post, Heath playfully called out fellow fitness enthusiasts who focus on rocking their Cuban chains but may be neglecting their neck muscles. He confidently declared, “They ain’t got these, though. Ain’t got these.” The fitness community, always eager for a glimpse into the routines of top bodybuilders, was fascinated by Heath’s joking about neck training as he mentioned in the caption, “Don’t skip neck day.”

However, Kai Greene, never one to shy away from a challenge or a playful jab, responded with a simple yet intriguing question: “How much does that weigh?” He was, of course, referring to the Olympia medals. Heath, in good spirits, replied directly to Greene, asking, “@kaigreene you really wanna know?”  The exchange between the two champions sparked curiosity among fans and fellow bodybuilders alike.

Now Heath is one of a kind and we can say with certainty that his neck muscles are big enough to lift all those Olympias and then some. But did you know that he is the only bodybuilder who has the 3 different Olympia Trophies?

Phil Heath’s distinctive Olympia Trophies

In a recent podcast episode, IFBB Pro coach Hany Rambod shared insights into Phil Heath’s impressive collection of Sandow trophies. Heath holds three distinct versions: the original, similar to Ronnie Coleman’s, a new design like Lunsford’s, and a stunning golden 50th Anniversary trophy, crafted entirely from precious metal. Heath’s bodybuilding journey started in 2003, earning his Pro Card in the face of initial struggles.

He debuted at the Olympia in 2008, securing third place in a historic achievement. In 2011, Heath began a dominant era, claiming seven consecutive Olympia titles. His first trophy mirrored Coleman’s heavy metal, Sandow. The 2014 victory marked Olympia’s 50th anniversary, earning Heath a remarkable gold Sandow with a redesigned appearance and increased weight, celebrating a unique chapter in his illustrious career.
