The world of fitness can be a little harsh on people who do not meet a certain standard. While these issues aren’t new to the athletic realm, it doesn’t imply that they cannot transform into a driving force. One such story is for a young bodybuilder Quinlan Smith. He rose above the criticism and proved how hard work can pave the way out.

The fitness enthusiast has been sharing his story of transformations with his followers. Formally a young pianist, Smith has grown up to become the co-founder of a fitness app, Top Challenger, a social network site for fitness.
