Thanks to the internet, the accessibility and availability of almost everything is a lot easier than before. However, due to the advent of social media as well as the internet, people are also witnessing a lot of social media influencers and actors having ripped physiques. At times, bodybuilders fail to realize that most of them are on steroids or performance-enhancing drugs, as it is their way of life. Falling into the trap, they get convinced to hop on a cycle without proper knowledge or guidance.

While there was a time back in the day when it was even difficult to get your hands on a good creatine, teenagers can easily buy steroids now on the internet or from the ‘big guy’ in the gym. The consequences of this, however, can be horrific. In a recent Instagram video, IFBB Pro Greg Doucette reacted to a video of a teenager declaring the start of a 30-day Tren challenge. Apart from Doucette, even the bodybuilding community was infuriated by the video, as they expressed their views in the comments.

Bodybuilder turned YouTuber Doucette has been lifting since his teenage years. Also, he is open about his steroid usage, frequently makes videos regarding anabolics, and spreads awareness about its consequences based on his own knowledge and experience. In a recent video he shared on his Instagram, he reacted to a clip of a teenager talking about going on a 30-day challenge where he would do tren and post the changes on his social media.

Replying to this video, Doucette stated, “Do not take tren! Out of all the steroids I can think of, this is the worst one in terms of how it makes you feel. It’s the most suppressive, makes you feel like garbage.” Adding to this, he also pointed out, “It’s very hard to come off. Shuts you down for months. And so, why would you take it? So anyone thinking about going on this 30-Day Challenge, well, you are an idiot.”
