Days before Mr. Olympia, some people in the community tried to question its legitimacy yet, Walker and his partner showed proof of the bodybuilder’s leg injury time and again. Now that he is trying to get back on track, a fraction of people tried to warn him not to indulge in intensive workout sessions right away.

Nick Walker’s reply to people’s warning
In his latest YouTube video, Nick Walker has shared a peek of his workout session as a part of his recovery. The video titled, “ROAD TO RECOVERY! | GETTING BREAKFAST AND ATTEMPTING QUADS!” is the 4th in the series which covers his recovery process. In the video, he addressed his fans, who showed concern and asked him to skip working out right away. The bodybuilder stated, “People can say what they want you know. I think every split works.”

Moreover, Walker also addressed the process and how it affects his body or not. He minutely talked about how one’s body can actually adapt to the newly made adjustment with a light fitness regime. He elaborated, “You know, your body kind of adjusts to it, and it’s not like a shock to your body. So I just did about three reps with this going take a couple of breathers. And then do the first working set.”

Nick Walker’s recovery stage
In one of his latest “Road to Recovery” videos, Walker gave his fans and followers a health update. He stated, ?At this point, I?m just pretty well bruised and still have some inflammation around the calf and foot area but everything else you know around where the actual injury is fading.” The bodybuilder also confessed that he was trying his best to stay positive. He also pointed out how he needed to be this way if he wanted to have a speedy recovery altogether.

However, it is quite normal for fans to be concerned about them.
