Antoine remembers an incident in 2012 and started speaking about when he met Ronnie Coleman in the gym. While talking about the extremely hot weather of Texas, he said, ? He said, ?So let’s recap this. Ronnie Coleman was training by himself. Five plates on a rowing machine. In the heat of Texas peak heat of Texas retired, four weeks after the neck surgery. Then I realized? how f*cking crazy was he at the peak of his career training here.? It is truly astonishing that even after the Olympia winner’s body was not in peak condition, he was still training in the gym during the Texas heat. Since Ronnie Coleman preferred to have a powerlifter routine in his peak years, he unlocked a different part of his body. Even at the age of 59, he recently hit a new milestone and decided to thank his fans on Instagram.

The former bodybuilding legend?was elated while sharing news on his Instagram, where he revealed that his Instagram account at officially hit 8 million followers. Coleman mentioned that he was speechless and expressed his gratitude with numerous ?very? in the caption.

In the video, Coleman was losing words due to his excitement and was overjoyed. The caption said, ? I never imagined this happening to me to thank you guys for the love the support the inspiration. I love you guys more than you will ever know.??
