A bodybuilding enthusiast Kali Muscle, known for his dedication to fitness, has made waves yet again with his latest health challenge: “parasite cleanse.” The YouTube sensation, who survived a life-threatening heart attack years ago, has advocated for a healthier lifestyle since then. He even adopted a fruitarian diet himself. His message is simple: many popular foods are packed with harmful ingredients, and it’s time to cleanse our bodies from the inside out.

In the quest to promote healthier living, Kali Muscle took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the importance of detoxifying the body. He even challenged his followers to consider the toxins they consume daily and to take action to cleanse their systems.

“Have you ever just sat and thought about all the poison that you ingest per day?” he asked his viewers. “Most of you guys haven’t ever done a parasite cleanse,” Muscle expressed. And the watermelon cleanse was a way to give his body a break from processing the toxins found in everyday foods.

He emphasized the need to rest our stomachs, intestines, and organs from the constant bombardment of harmful substances. “You never gave your stomach a rest, your intestines a rest, your organs a rest, from just trying to process all the poisons that you ingest per day,” he explained. But it’s not just about food. Muscle also raised concerns about the quality of the water we drink.

Water could be unhealthy too, said Kali Muscle

His views on water quality may have sparked controversy in the fitness community in the past, but Kali Muscle remains steadfast in his beliefs. “Even the water you drink, if you’re drinking out of plastic bottles with microplastics, mini plastic, de-plastics, all these names they got for it is poison,” he asserted.

Instead, he recommended opting for high-quality spring water, such as Mountain Valley Spring water and even suggested starting with a three-day water fast to kickstart the detox process. Furthermore, Muscle pointed out the connection between plastic exposure and heart disease, citing a recent study. He emphasized the importance of avoiding plastic containers and even hinted at the potential risks associated with microwaving food.
