The primary equipment is the barbell. He stated how barbells have been making people strong and fit for ages.
The former Governor of California wrote, “It’s considered the king of strength training tools because it can be incrementally loaded to more weight than you’ll need to lift, is incredibly versatile, nearly indestructible, and quite affordable.” The second piece of equipment is the weight plate, where he suggests people go for the basic old-school iron plates, instead of spending a lot of money on them. And the third piece of equipment, as per Arnie, is the squat rack.
