After coming back from abroad, Baena realized he had lost his fitness and wanted to regain it. He also explained why he had put on weight.?“I was eating baguettes, croissants, and schnitzel every day of my life,”?said the young actor. However, eating high-calorie comfort food wasn’t the only diet mistake he made. Baena said he picked up the bad habit of drinking “so much beer and wine.”

The 25-year-old actor’s confession surprised Martyn.?“Wait! Wait! Even at a younger age?”?asked Martyn, as the legal drinking age in the USA is 21. However, Baena said that in Europe, the rules are more relaxed.?Well, over there, it’s legal. I was 19,”?explained Joseph Baena. He said that the legal drinking age in Europe is 16. So Martyn asked why he thought it was different in America.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger book that changed everything for them
