Craig Golias left his hometown and family at 22 to pursue his passion for bodybuilding, and he has come a long way in his journey. Celebrated as the World’s Biggest Bodybuilder, the 350 lbs behemoth is an internet sensation with one million followers. 

In a recent Instagram post, Golias paid a heartfelt tribute to his profession that made him a social media influencer and gave him the love of the bodybuilding community. Despite the sincere post, the netizens are more drawn to Golias’s tremendous muscle gains.

Craig Golias is grateful for his career

Bodybuilding often infuses a sense of discipline and commitment in gym-goers because the muscle gains will be evident only with consistency in diet and training rituals. Golias knew his passion in his early twenties and took a call to move to California to become a bodybuilder, despite the initial fears of embarking on new territories. 

“If it wasn’t for bodybuilding… I wouldn’t even be here today! Blessed you came into my life and gave me discipline and direction. #grateful,” he wrote in a picture posted on Instagram, sharing a selfie flexing his muscles. “No matter how much it hurts now, someday you will look back and realize your struggles changed your life for the better,” he added in the post to inspire his followers.

Golias had earlier “got 3 jobs” to sustain himself while making consistent progress in the gym. Today, he is a bodybuilding coach and lead vocalist of a metal band, influencing people’s lives with physique and music. But he credits it all to the sport that helped him grow. However, his followers are more concerned about his good gains than his good words.

When Craig Golias posted his physique alongside an honest message, fans were more focused on the former. “Out-angling the whole universe,” wrote a bodybuilding admirer. “Jesus. U catching lobsters with those Traps?” gasped another physique lover.
