Lee Priest, the IFBB Pro bodybuilder, is one such name, who left a remarkable legacy in the sport so much so that he once defeated ‘The King’, Ronnie Coleman. In 1997 the 8x Mr. Olympia stood behind Blonde Myth in the Ironman Championship. Furthermore, Coleman once confessed, “My most painful would be losing to Lee Priest.”
The NABBA Pro now shared a throwback video of him working out at the gym, and fans could not stop glorifying the bodybuilding icon once again.

The Australian bodybuilder shared a workout video that showed him flexing his muscles while doing dumbbell front raises and other arm exercises on his Instagram. Fans rushed to the comment section for appreciating the well-defined muscles of the bodybuilder.

The bodybuilding icon once narrated how he tore his pec and biceps when he went for a walk with his two massive pit bulls. The happy outing soon turned into a disaster when his 230 lbs dogs started yanking after another pet dog charged toward Priest. “I was walking the dogs and my dogs are like 230 pounds combined!” he said.

The yanking caused a powerful pull, resulting in sharp pain in the chest of the bodybuilder. Upon a doctor’s consultation, he realized that he injured himself with a 5cm tear.
