The biggest collaboration of the year 2024 is now here. Dr. Mike Israetel, aka the Exercise Scientist, the guy who never leaves a chance to criticize the training routines of most bodybuilders and the 22-year-old bodybuilding enthusiast, Sam Sulek, posed together in one frame.

The Exercise Scientist posted a series of photos on his official Instagram account, Sharing the collab with his fans. Both Sulek and Israetel did a series of poses and compared and displayed their well-built physiques. IFBB Pro and the former professor’s gym partner, Jared Feather, was also there. It’s very unusual for Israetel to pose, but when you have Sulek in your gym, what choice do you have? 

The bodybuilding critic himself posed down

In the post, the trio first flexed their physiques in the most muscular pose. They flexed their enormous biceps and immense traps, standing in descending order according to their heights. The next thing they tried was the side chest pose, flexing their full and round chests along with their round shoulders.  

Then the trio moved to the double-back bicep pose and flaunted their massive backs with their lats. Everyone’s conditioning and muscle definition were to the point. The next pose was the rear lat spread, and Sulek and Israetel nailed this pose. However, the Exercise Scientist kept the real surprise for the last post.

In the last post, Israetel did a hilarious classic pose and captioned the post, “Swipe all the way over for a classic posing instructional from yours truly.” The Exercise Scientist summarized his experience with the young gym freak and wrote, “Super cool experience posing with @jared_feather and @sam_sulek!” 

This wholesome moment made the fans go crazy and shower their love for the trio in the comment section. Some even made funny remarks about the pose done by the bodybuilding critic.

A fan expressed how Israetel was the right person to be around for training and said, “Sam in good hands.” Another made a hilarious comment on the last pose done by Israetel and wrote, “The classic physic pose is killing me.” While another fan was baffled to witness the Exercise Scientist’s body and wondered, “How is it the Mike doesn’t have a procard.”

A fitness enthusiast compared Israetel and Sulek’s physique and wrote, “only dr mike can make sam look small haha.” A bunch of fans were eagerly waiting for the trio to do a YouTube video together and wrote, “Does this mean there is a renaissance periodization X Sam Sulek video coming soon???” The collab impressed an Instagram user, who commented, “OH MY GOD. THE PROPHECIZED COLLAB.“
