Golias was not massive in his teenage days like Jay Culter or Arnold Schwarzenegger. After his first bodybuilding show, he saw the four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler guest posing on the stage, and his behemoth size inspired him. Culter was a monster back in the day when he competed, weighing around 300 pounds. Witnessing such a monster physique, Goliath started putting mass on his physique.
Apart from Cutler, Golias also looked up to the seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger, Like many others Arnie was the first inspiration when Golias stepped into the bodybuilding world. These days, Golias is an admirer of Paul Dillett. “I loved his physique, you know, because we’re around the same height, and he was really big with a small waist and freaky big arms and legs. I thought that was always the coolest,” Golias explained.
The 350-pound bodybuilder’s approach to bodybuilding is keeping his physique aesthetic and maintaining a small waist while being massive. Being 6’3 makes it harder for you to gain massive size. Despite this fact, he managed to gain size. Earlier, Golias had shared a picture comparing his teenage days and his monster era.

Golias uploaded the image to his official Instagram account, displaying his physique from his high school days. The picture showed how Golias had long hair and was skinny compared to bodybuilding standards. On the other hand, the second image reflected the passage of over two decades, with Golias at the age of 39. Here Golias had the massive physique he always wanted. He captioned the image, “Growth is painful… Change is painful… but nothing is as painful as being stuck somewhere that you do not belong.“
Goliath disclosed he wasn’t satisfied with his physique back then and that’s why he took up bodybuilding. Even after becoming one of the biggest bodybuilders in the arena, he still doesn’t want to rest with fans continuing to encourage Golias to keep at it.
