There are many viral bodybuilding videos, that do the rounds of the Internet every day. Some are wholesome and others might trigger fans because of the ill behavior of the gymgoer. However, there is a third category of videos, which are unacceptable and make the whole fitness community enraged collectively. Even, Joseph Sergo aka Joey Swoll, CEO of Gym Positivity has stepped up to stop the bullying and spread the message of nurturing a healthy gym community. However, even he was enraged beyond words by watching a certain video recently.

The owner of Gym Positivity Nation and a social media bodybuilding icon, could not keep his cool after he was sent this video by one of his acquaintances. He declared that this was one of the most disturbing videos he had ever seen and decided to talk about it.

Joey Swoll spreads an important message after ‘most disturbing’ video surfaces

Joey Swoll has always been an advocate for a healthy environment in the gym and outside of it. The man who was bullied when he was in college, and went through his mental turmoils, fought every hurdle and today he is a social media sensation who is bringing a very important message. In his latest reel video on Instagram, the clip starts with a man trying to do a deadlift, when suddenly, another man wearing a white T-shirt, comes in front of him and does something unimaginable.

He slaps the man across his head and starts spewing cuss words at him without any reason. The man who was abused like this kept his calm and was very polite throughout the ordeal which is commendable. After this video clip ended, Swoll came into the frame and started talking about the incident. He was extremely angry and visibly disturbed. He said, ?This is one of the most disturbing videos that I have ever been sent.??

It is not acceptable that anyone raises their hand at another person in any circumstances. This is exactly what the bodybuilder pointed out. He said, ?You never put your hands on or speak to somebody that way whether you are in the gym or anywhere.? He also talked about the person who sent him this video and said, ?Shoutout to Goob he called me last night he sent me this video, he did such a great job handling this.? Even in this fiasco, there was good news when Swoll informed that the man who bullied the gymgoer was banned from the gym immediately.?

Joey Swoll went the distance and even spoke to the victim in the video. He stated, ?And the young man who was hit in this video? Spoke to him last night. Shout out to him, he stayed calm he remained cool he?s doing great. I am so sorry that happened to you brother nobody should have to deal with that.?

However, in the end, since one gym goer helped out another, and even the facility banned the bully from entering the gym, Swoll was happy. He realized that his advocacy was finally showing results, and the gym was becoming a healthier place for everyone. He ended the video saying, ?We have a community and we all have each other?s back.? Joey Swoll even came to help a little boy who was being bullied.

Swoll is the advocate against bullying even outside of the gym environment

Previously Swoll shared a Twitter post where there was a brightly smiling little boy, and above the picture his father had written something that would make the CEO of Gym Positivity very happy. The little boy always quoted Swoll whenever he was being bullied and he knew that his dad and his uncle Joey had his back.

After Joey Swoll saw that message He was very touched and wrote,? ?Damn right we have that brave boy?s back! Are you in LA? About an hour from me. If you ever need Uncle Joey to drive up and come with you to pick little man up from school let me know. I?m there.? He even conversed with the boy’s father who was the one who posted the picture. Joey also said, ?I will be speaking more to his father and if he?s okay with it, I would love to surprise him one day at school and meet this amazing young man.?

The young man is definitely in for a surprise when Uncle Joey shows up at his door. Joey Swoll is not only spreading the positivity inside the gym environment but outside as well.
