Muscular hands are one of the biggest aspects of being a bodybuilding champion. Nick Walker does not disappoint when it comes to this criterion. Walker is a Professional Open division bodybuilder and won the 2021 Arnold Classic. His training for the best physique comes with rigorous hard work and a lot of weightlifting. The Mutant is said to have the best biceps in the industry and he did not get them in one day.

Walker recently revealed his training process for those thunder biceps and fans went berserk. The video uploaded on Instagram surely would shut the haters up.

The Instagram video shows The Mutant lifting some weights for an arm exercise. The arm is not of an average person and Nick could crush a whole watermelon with one bicep! Nick captioned the video by saying, “Time to lock in.” He is said to have the best arms in the Open Division, so many fans are always curious about what he is doing for them.

Nick has a whole itinerary when it comes to what exercises he would do for different parts of his body. For arm day, the training includes; Triceps cable pushdown, Barbell curl 21s, Cable biceps curls, Arsenal dip machine, Cross cable pushdowns, Machine preacher curl, Incline overhead dumbbell extension 1 set x 30 reps, and finally, Hammer curl 1 set x 30 reps.

Why so much effort on his part? Because his eyes are set to win Mr. Olympia and have 10 Sandow trophies.
