Brian Shaw, the 4x Strongman title holder, never fails to impress his fans. He stood 7th in his last World’s Strongest Man competition and is now gearing up for his final ‘The Shaw Classic’ show. Though fans are disappointed with his retirement after the shows, his recent video came as a respite to many of his followers.

In his recent video titled, ‘SHAW CLASSIC HUMMER TIRE DEADLIFT TRAINING BEGINS’ Shaw put his strength to use while doing a massive 455lbs deadlift which left his fans thrilled. The next moment they were in the comment section, hailing their star for his marvelous strength.

Brian Shaw started his Strongman career back in 2005 and pursued it for almost two decades. However, the 41-year-old is not relaxing and is pushing the boundaries to ace his final stand at The Shaw Classic. In the video, he aced his training, progressively deadlifting 185 lbs, 275 lbs, 365 lbs, 415 lbs, and 455 lbs in his latest session.

Mesmerized by the video, a fan reacted, “Give it up for Brian. This man is a legend.” Another fan was bewildered by the enormous power of Shaw and wrote, “It’s honestly amazing how much thought goes into every lift. That’s why he’s the GOAT.” Another amazed fan commented, “The strength this man has and has had for so many years is crazy.”

Many of the American Strongman’s fans look up to him. One of them wrote, “Brian is a legend. He is such an inspiration to us all: a gift to humanity,” showing his love for Shaw. Another viewer commented, “I hope Brian can build up one last final heavy deadlift.” Shaw also earned much respect for his talent and hard work which is reflected in the comment, Strong man inside and out, Brian!! Mad love and respect always!” Shaw’s enormous strength can be credited to his unique diet on which he spends, well, enough. 

Brian Shaw’s yearly food expenditure of $60,000

Greg Connolly, the CEO of the food delivery brand Trifecta, once opened up about their brand ambassador, Brian Shaw’s food expenditure. The CEO said the Strongman spends a whopping $60,000 annually on his diet.

His daily nutrition includes 5 to 6 pounds of meat; Shaw usually opts for the most expensive and rare meat of bison. In one of the grocery shopping videos of pals Eddie Hall and Brian Shaw, it was revealed that the latter spend $600 for a week’s food supplies.

Fans are yet to come to terms with Shaw’s retirement but they eagerly wait to see him venture into new things in life. As of now, Mr. Strongman is busy with his intense workout regime for the upcoming show.
