Kali Muscle is back again with another controversial opinion that can stir trouble again. The 49-year-old bodybuilder who has talked about not eating canned food, cereal, and Coke, while also warning people against using toilet paper, now claims that filling one’s stomach is not the best thing one could do.
In the recent past, Muscle has often differentiated between food items good for consumption and those that are not healthy in terms of the ingredients in them. However, he has gone one step ahead, recommending the consumption of just one fruit per day. Let us look at how Muscle sees that playing out

Muscle shared a video where he was in a supermarket, pointing towards avocados. At the same time, he looked at the price being $2.49, but instead of calling it a steep rate, he said, “$2.49. So you know the problem with you foodies, you all gonna be like thats expensive.” Then he proceeded to claim that it is certainly not expensive if people can control their eating habits. “When you in control of your eating habits, and you not using food as dr*g, all you need is one of these a day,” Muscle recommended.

Kali Muscle also claimed that a full stomach can only make people sleepy and hence, instead of eating a lot, one avocado a day is the optimum option. He stated, “You don’t need to get full where your stomach poking out, and you feel sleepy and tired, alright? So organic is the way to go” As the video was ending he showed his enthusiasm by promising to grab a few of the avocados for himself.
While such advice has rendered Muscle susceptible to major backlash from the fitness community and the internet in general, he is not one to stay silent. Earlier, Muscle had defended himself by asking a straightforward question.

While sharing the demerits of Apple sauce, Muscle asked how could he feed such a product to his kids. Reading all the ingredients, he came to realize how harmful it can be for consumption but he also shed light on people coming at him for calling out these products.
Muscle responded to the backlash and questioning he often receives from the fitness community. Claiming that he only reads out the ingredients and does not make up things out of thin air, he said, “How are y’all mad at me for just reading ingredients?”
