Arnold Schwarzenegger is already 76 and long gone are the days of his youth when he was at the peak of his personal as well as professional life. But how does he see himself as he ages, and more importantly, how does he handle the inevitable biological process of aging? When asked by a fan, The Austrian Oak opened up about the same.
Schwarzenegger revealed that people who get old are lucky because they get to live a long life. He also emphasized how he would not at all prefer to stress about the things that are beyond his control. Furthermore, he also put forward his thoughts on dealing with aging with his fans.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently approached by a fan who revealed her concern for her aging body. Schwarzenegger went on to say that he feels that no one can defy the natural biological order of aging. While pointing out that one can help themselves by training their muscles and bone density to fight against age-related diseases Arnie also revealed the ugly truth. “Nobody ever has beaten it, as far I know,” he wrote.
Arnie further confessed that he hated stressing more than he needed to. “I’m not going to double the stress by worrying about them before they happen. There is no point in stressing twice,” he explained. The bodybuilder also suggested how stressing too much will only be detrimental as it would further add to aging.
Hence, Schwarzenegger does not indulge himself in thinking about his aging self, instead, looks at the alternative options which he can work on. This is not the first time Arnie had talked about aging. Earlier, the Austrian Oak had some tips on a surprising skincare solution as one ages.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mantra for anti-aging
According to Arnie, exercising can help in regaining better skin even in old age. He stated, “A little bit of sweat might be the skincare solution you didn’t realize you needed.” He also shed light on how regular weight training and aerobics can indeed result in better skin elasticity, dermal structure, and skin tone.

As seen in most of his thoughts about aging, Schwarzenegger does not entertain the concern over one’s aging body. He rather prefers that people should not overthink and complicate the process more. Instead, he wants people to understand that the biological process is inevitable and everyone needs to accept it.
