In a YouTube video shared on JayCutlerTV, Jay Cutler has shared some heart-touching moments of his life with followers. During the video, he spoke about many things, from training exhaustion and desire for golf to the significance of mental health. Cutler seems to have been bored from his intense training and disciplined lifestyle. He wants to take a break from his self-made fitness regimen. This is because he experienced some unpleasant health consequences in the past. 

Expressing his desire for golf, he said, “I’m not getting into more athletics at my age, I did want to take up golf… I’ve kind of Fallen away from that a little bit. He also added that he had recently started getting a little bored of weight training. “Sometimes you do get bored of what you do no matter what the success is right,” he said. 

The bodybuilding legend wants to bring some changes in his lifestyle. Though Cutler loves intense training and workouts, he still has a space that he wants to give to other interesting things. After a break, he may feel like getting back to his love, bodybuilding.

Does Jay Cutler want to get rid of his strict lifestyle regimen?

After revealing his strong desire to choose golf, he said, “I really want to cut back you know but how is my mental state going to be, because as many of you know I talk to you a lot on social media and through this channel jaywalk and whatever else. My mental state is important. That’s really how I do the therapy with the weight training.” An intense workout is his routine, and he gets strength with it.
