Chris Bumstead seems to have become a familiar fixture at Mr Olympia.? Everyone expects him to win this time as well as he did four times before. People are eager to take autographs and pictures with the bodybuilding?star and interviewers have flocked to Orlando for a quick chat with Bumstead and other contenders.

While speaking to CBum, Bob, from Voice of Bodybuilding, got some insights on the upcoming lineup of bodybuilders and asked him about his mindset. Chris looks pretty confident about that.

Chris Bumstead knows he will win

Ever since 2016, Chris Bumstead has dominated the weight class in the Classic Physique category and has won four Mr. Olympias till now. He has one of the most aesthetic physiques and stands at a height of 1.85m. CBum has inspired many veterans, bodybuilders, and newcomers through his determination and thirst to win.

During the interview with Bob, he expressed his confidence as he stated that he was going to win once again and take the trophy back. The last-minute bicep tear and an autoimmune disease could not stop the bodybuilding champion from appearing in the Competition. He has evolved as a person and he knows that this time?s conditioning is better than the last time. He said to Bob, ?I’m not saying that to be arrogant or an as***. Truly I just know last year I won I can be better than last year.?

He was very confident about the look that he had prepared for this year and his aesthetically chiseled physique. Since the weight class has changed, according to height, it might have caused a different approach to exercise for other athletes. However, Chris was OK with it and did not let any rules break his streak of having the perfect physique for the competitions. He showed confidence in the press conference as well.

Bumstead admitted that in the previous years, he used to concentrate only on training and used to isolate himself. However, this year, he is savoring every moment and enjoying the process. Apart from this, he showed absolute confidence in himself as he said,??I put in the work. I know these guys are fighting for second place, and I?m just here to have fun with it. Gonna be a good year.?
