The Meta CEO leads a disciplined life, as reflected in many of his accomplishments. In the post-Covid era, Zuckerberg used to love running. More recently, he has taken a keen interest in BJJ and MMA. Known to be a perfectionist, the techie is bringing his A-game to the table. However, Doucette claims that it’s not easy to attain such condition and muscle definition without assistance from external sources.

The bodybuilding coach confessed that Zuckerberg did not achieve his six-pack through training alone. He might have had some help with HRT. “.. I personally believe that he’s not a hundred percent natural. I’m not saying he’s using abusive doses. I simply believe that he is on HRT,” said the professional bodybuilder in his YouTube video. The 47-year-old commented, “For me personally, I think people as adults should be able to do what they want, especially with the advice and consent of your doctor.”

Furthermore, the bodybuilding pro opines that the founder of Facebook may be approaching a ” body fat percentage of around 12 percent,” which is closer to the range of pro athletes. Moreover, the powerlifter also believes Zuckerberg might win against Tesla CEO Elon Musk if a cage fight happens between the two.

Furthermore, the coach frequently dissects the many worrying trends of today’s generation. Recently, he took to social media to call out a man who performed squats with heavy weights.

Doucette calls out a man for lifting heavy that may have caused an injury

Worried about bodybuilding enthusiasts going to extremes for social media attention, Doucette warned against tomfoolery in the gym. Earlier, the weightlifter pointed to a man in an Instagram post who barely performed one split squat with heavy weights before throwing it on the floor. He believed such shenanigans could have easily injured someone. Showing concern, he commented, “Please do not try this at home. This could easily have ended very poorly with a broken knee or torn muscle.” Such foolish behavior constantly draws flak from the sumo deadlift Guinness record holder.
