The four times Mr. Olympia has been following strict routines from a young age. However, there’s one thing he consistently advocates for, and that’s getting a good sleep. He openly advised people to have great sleep, saying that even a short nap can do wonders.
In the video, the Bodybuilding giant shared his sleep schedule. “I just laid down at nine o’clock and I woke up early and, uh, I did take a nap during the day too.” He emphasized the importance of these sleeping habits, even for bodybuilders and athletes. “I mean, they always say naps as a bodybuilder or some are athletes like short even if it’s 20 minutes is very beneficial,” said the bodybuilding GOAT. In today’s time, everybody is trying different methods to recover after an intense workout session to relax their muscles.
They often talk about the latest recovery trends like ice baths and saunas, but in Cutler’s opinion, “

In another video, Cutler was seen talking about age and how it affects the bodybuilder while trying to maintain fitness when they grow older. Jay emphasized that it’s hard to stay fit as bodybuilders age, using old exercise and diet plans, weight can be tough to maintain.
“As you get older, we have to be more conscious about how much we drag around. It’s no good on the heart and everything else,” he said in the video. He also pointed out that many veteran bodybuilders still carry a lot of excess weight, which isn’t good for their health.
