He revealed that he had set a goal to achieve a weight between 245 lbs and 250 lbs by this stage. However, the bodybuilding veteran said there had been some bumps in his road to fitness.
Unfortunately, a setback occurred when Cutler sustained an injury a few weeks ago. He revealed that this injury disrupted his diet routine, which ultimately impacted his progress. Cutler admitted that he struggled to stick to his dietary plan during this challenging period.
The 4x Mr. Olympia acknowledged that he is not happy with failing to take his meals during the recovery period and it had dire consequences on his physique. “Not happy with the progress I’ll be honest. I expected maybe a little more but I forgot about how important do you know following nutrition was,” he said in the video. However, Cutler is in no mood to give up.

One notable change in Cutler’s approach is the addition of another cardio session to his workout routine. “I added now two sessions of cardio in. So I am doing at least 30 minutes in the evening,” he said. With this, Cutler aims to enhance fat-burning capacity and improve his overall cardiovascular fitness. However, it would be crucial to see what Cutler will have to showcase on his 50th birthday in August.
