Every one and their mother wants to know how to build the perfect body. So they try to find the best methods that should work out for them however, in the process they often miss out on the simple habits that can do wonders. But Richard Gaspari, the three-time Mr. Olympia Runner-up discloses how consistency can help improve one’s physique. And the only answer is “Consistency”.

Gaspari suggested how people often fail to continue their journey within the first two weeks as they lose the motivation to continue with a rigorous process just because they do not see changes. He talked about how this needs to be stopped and the process should be paid utmost importance because it would yield changes in its own sweet time.

Gaspari disclosed in his video that on the very first week, individuals would not see any difference, in fact, they might even feel sore and discouraged to continue with their regimes. In the caption of his post, he said, “The issue I see with so many people is they give up after 2 weeks because they don’t see changes.”

 

Then the bodybuilder continued to focus on the fact that people need to be consistent with their fitness and diet regime and only after about 3 months they can see noticeable changes. Gaspri commented, “It’s all in being consistent. Remember getting in shape is not a sprint but a marathon. It takes dedication and hard work but time and being consistent.”

But as a professional bodybuilder, none of it matters if you don’t pose well! As someone who has won against some of the greatest in the sport, Gaspari has always emphasized on one’s physique and how it should be represented in front of the judges.

Rich Gaspari has confessed without hesitation that he could beat bodybuilders with better physiques with his poses. The bodybuilder who was consistent with his Posing practice revealed, “I think if they are close into one guy better, say have better genetic shape, but the other guy can pose better and present better, Yes.” He also added he was able to outpose them only because he was closer to their physiques.

It is not easy to stay consistent without seeing results. However, Gaspari made it his Mantra and could ultimately outpose people who are more genetically gifted then him. He confessed how he actually used posing as his weapon to win against those who were closer to his own physique but a bit better. Hence he motivates his followers to try their best to become a consistent gym goer who also plans their meals and follows them accordingly.
