76-year-old icon Arnold Schwarzenegger is still among the most significant figures in the fitness and bodybuilding communities and beyond. The former Mr. Olympia‘s fitness newsletter continues to help hundreds of thousands of people. With the week coming to a close, Arnie issued the anticipated weekend challenge in his latest newsletter. However, this time the weekend challenge wasn’t about physical fitness.

While promoting physical fitness is one of the Austrian Oak’s primary objectives, this weekend’s challenge looks different. Instead of a workout, the 76-year-old told his newsletter subscribers to make two lists. The man who felt disgusted with what time did to his physique, revealed how the lists would help his readers best utilize the valuable asset. The champion bodybuilder also made an eye-opening confession while writing about the challenge.?

Arnold Schwarzenegger on how to utilize time

While writing about the challenge, Arnie asked everyone to log off social media “because it isn’t worth it.” He also asked people to change the world in front of them. While making these requests, a thought stuck the seven-time Mr. Olympia.?“It got me thinking. How much time do we spend on things that are absolutely worthless to our lives?”?wrote the 76-year-old.

“How much time does that take away from all of the things we know for sure are worth our time?”?he contemplated. So he instructed his readers to make one list titled?“Things worth my time”?and another titled?“Things not worth my time.”?While Schwarzenegger utilized his time to become one of the most popular personalities in the world, he hated how growing old changed his physique.

“None of us have unlimited time,” Arnie confessed in his newsletter. He revealed that time is like a toilet paper roll to him. “One day, you realize the squares are running out,”?he wrote. However, the bodybuilding legend was also aware his challenge wasn’t straightforward. So the 76-year-old left his readers with some pointers.

The Austrian Oak’s advice on how to approach the challenge

While it sounds easy enough, making a list of what’s worth sending time in one’s life can get daunting. So Arnie had some advice on how his readers could tackle the challenge.?”As always, if you can?t think of any, take a little walk outside,”?Arnie wrote. The bodybuilding icon has already written about how walking can clear one’s mind.
