I was like, no, one size fits all,” he said in a recent video on Instagram. Priest explains while barbell curls work best for one, preacher curls might help in gains. So, he would never suggest any unique exercise to followers for building biceps. Instead, he asks rookie bodybuilders to figure out their perfect biceps routine.

Instead, Priest stresses focus on tension in the hamstrings for muscle pump. The Australian bodybuilder also clarified how one should focus on getting the most out of different variations of the hamstring while using props like boxes by stretching as far as possible.
