Dias was training at the gym and shared his location on his Instagram profile, and a few minutes later, a couple of men gunned him down at the gym. The footage of the gym’s CCTV camera captured the upsetting visuals where the bodybuilder was shot by these two men, whose identities are yet to be known by the police. He was killed after being cornered at the back of the gym, and his assassins appeared to fire several shots into his head and body from close range.

A bullet hit another man who was present near him, but it is reported that he is not in a critical condition as he tried to get out of the way. The exact reason behind this incident is still unknown, but the investigation is going on.

Reporting about the same, ‘Generation Iron’ posted a photo alongside a caption that read, “Dias shared his location at the gym to social media and reports believe that the men used this information to find him.“

Dias won the Men’s Physique Junior Championship in 2018 and the state championship in Espiritu Santo in 2019. But on Tuesday, the young man died under unusual circumstances. The gruesome act enraged social media users as they commented on the news shared by Generation Iron’s Instagram account.
