Arnold Schwarzenegger shares his ideologies about veganism with a scientific study in the latest edition of his daily Newsletter Arnold’s Pump Club. Taking out a research study that involved testing two identical twins, who followed different diets, one consumed an omnivorous diet and another vegan.

The results, as obvious as it gets were better in the body of the one that consumed vegan. So effectively, they should be considered better as they lose weight because they have fewer calories. However, most of the vegan dieters have mentioned that they do not enjoy the food they eat, which results in them consuming less.

This breaks the sustainability of the choice of diet, and thus it is always advisable to go for a diet regime that not just gives quick results, but helps you in the long run, in maintaining consistency. Arnold Schwarzenegger writes,Losing weight and getting healthier for eight weeks and then returning to old habits and gaining back the weight is what you want to avoid.” His plain advice is to stick to a diet that you do not wish to quit.

Arnold Schwarzenegger mentions that there is no doubt that a vegan plan works wonders, and it will indeed be efficient if one can consume it consistently because they have been proven to be very beneficial. However, as per his research, “There isn’t one magic pill diet”.
