Hence, fitness influencer Joey Swoll has embarked on his escapade to call out all and every such bully, publicly.

Therefore, the bodybuilder shared a recent Instagram post about the subject. It’s interesting that a few well-known athletes supported his effort in the comments section.?Bodybuilding?icons Flex Wheeler, Phil Heath, and Granny Guns took notice of Swoll?s concern and expressed their thoughts on the issue, condemning the actions of the bullies, along with the community.

The 37-year-old athlete took to his Instagram and shared the news of a “very disturbing” video that involved a “special needs?man?“getting filmed by a gym bully and being made fun of on social media. Swoll shared a screenshot of a note he?d written to explain the scenario and re-posted it for his 2.6 million fans to know. Instead of sharing the video for the world to see, Swoll mindfully sent it to Planet Fitness, probably where the incident took place.?

It?s very sad what people will do to others just for attention on social media,” the caption stated, expressing his feelings on the matter. Similarly, bodybuilding legends like Flex Wheeler and Phil Heath joined in with the community to denounce such actions. The former IFBB icon urged Swoll to name the person in question and publicly shame them.

Name and shame Joey. Planet Fitness will be blown up by everyone on here. I don?t have any Grace for the bullying of special needs,” Wheeler stated. This matter touches him on a rather personal note because of his own struggle with health. Besides that, Heath criticized him by saying, “No mercy for these bullies. This is horrible.” Even 65-year-old fitness influencer Marlene Flowers, popularly known as Granny Guns, noted, “That is NOT OK.” The community also weighed in on the matter with their insights.

Within a matter of hours, the post amassed a plethora of comments from fans reacting to the incident. “Joey is literally gym Batman at this point,” a fan wrote. While another fan hailed the athlete for “continuing” to stand up for the right things. A disheartened user admitted to losing faith in humanity with such actions surfacing around the world.

Thank you for doing what you do! People need to do better!” a comment acknowledged. A user claiming to be an expert trainer in special populations was angered by the news of such an individual being demeaned.

While Swoll is putting in his best efforts to eradicate such inhumane actions, especially in co-working spaces like gyms, others must add to the mission and call out bullies at every chance they get. As a result, he has received massive recognition for his work, and the influencer has no plans of stopping.
