One of the biggest advocates for gym culture, Joey Swoll, known as the CEO of Gym Positivity, is back at it again. He never fails to educate people about the etiquette and rules of the gym with his videos on different social media accounts. The bodybuilding icon’s videos might be serious where he calls out people, but sometimes he posts snippets of happiness and wholesomeness moments in the gym that can melt people’s hearts. After sharing a heartbreaking story about his mother’s heart attack a few days ago, Swoll decided to share a happy moment with his fans.

Joey Swoll recently uploaded a unique video that spreads the right message and is hilarious at the same time. Let’s take a look.

The latest reel video starts with Joel Abban, who is a fitness coach and bodybuilding competitor, getting his biceps pumped in the gym. His camera is kept a little far away from him, and the athlete seems to be recording his rep. Suddenly, two gymgoers pass by him and walk right in front of the camera, and it looks like they apologize after realizing their actions. Abban immediately refutes them, saying there is no need to apologize, and after the two go away, he addresses his online audience. He narrates that walking in front of the camera is fine, and no one has the right to be angry at someone for doing that in the gym.

If someone gets mad at this, then they should “buy their gym.” Everyone is paying for their gym subscription, so there should be no qualms about using the gym, and walking in front of a phone camera set up by a social media influencer is not a crime. The video then cuts to an unexpected scene where Swoll is in his bathroom wearing a soft peach bathrobe and listening to Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’. The hilarious part was that he was combing through his shiny bald head while using a hair dryer, and then he noticed expectant netizens and said, “You’re still here? The video’s over,” since he knew people would be expecting his “you must do better.”

Then Swoll continued, “He said everything that needed to be said! Go, let me get ready with my Whitney!” and then commenced to do his karaoke with the comb. Swoll also clarified the irony in the video by writing a caption in the comments section saying, “To those pointing out I have no hair to blow dry or brush, I KNOW. That’s the irony of the video.” This video was like a breath of fresh air for both the netizens and Swoll, since he did not have to point out the toxicity happening in the gym anymore. He also once uploaded a video of an adorable gym creep.

Joey Swoll gets stalked by a gym creep half his height

The video showed him inside the gym getting his reps done when a little girl kept staring at him. The video starts with an annoyed Swoll saying, “So I am at the gym, minding my own business, trying to get the chest workout done. And this girl will not stop staring at me. What a gym creep.”

He turns the camera, and an adorable girl is staring at him with sparkly eyes, getting her calcium intake from drinking milk from her cup. Then in the next cut, little Elaine was taking pictures of the bodybuilder! She was the daughter of Alicia Banaga, who is a fitness coach and regularly goes to the same gym as Swoll, so he is already acquainted with the little ‘gym creep.’
