Chris Bumstead, demonstrated his commitment to excellence in a recent back training session, just months after securing his fifth Mr. Olympia title. The session garnered attention not only for CBum but also for his choice of a training partner. The 28-year-old recently visited Brazil, and during an intense back workout, his sparring partner for the day was none other than his onstage arch-rival, Ramon Dino, a two-time Olympia runner-up.

The duo posted their grueling workout session on Instagram. Cbum shared insights into the session, emphasizing the importance of pushing one’s limits. The accompanying image showcased the athletes’ commitment to sculpting their physiques to perfection.

Dino, acknowledging the shared journey, responded with gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much bro for motivating me to be better every day! See you soon my man because you know that sh*t’s crazy lol.” In the competitive realm of bodybuilding, where each athlete strives for individual glory, witnessing such mutual support adds a refreshing layer to the narrative. But it wasn’t just the training sessions that CBum loved, it was his time in the country as well.

In an earlier post, the reigning champion posted glimpses of his visit to Brazil. Bumstead expressed appreciation for the country and its people. The Canadian bodybuilding icon shared, “had a wonderful time here in Brazil with some amazing people.” Beyond workouts with Dino, Bumstead immersed himself in the local culture, spending time with Dino’s friends and family. Numerous photos captured moments of shared meals with new acquaintances.

Expressing gratitude, Bumstead praised the hospitality, steaks, and weather but humorously complained about the less-than-ideal traffic. “Appreciate all the love from everyone I had the chance to meet,” acknowledged the champion, expressing hopes for a return to Brazil with “exciting new opportunities” in the future.

Notably, Bumstead’s fiance, Courtney King, didn’t accompany him, likely due to her pregnancy. While this marked CBum’s inaugural trip to Brazil, it wasn’t his first collaboration with Ramon Dino. The duo also collaborated in 2023 after the Arnolds Classic.

This unique collaboration added an intriguing dynamic to the session, highlighting the dedication and competitive spirit in the world of bodybuilding. However, fans were anticipating a video of this interesting session.
