When friends have the same career and sometimes even compete with each other, the friendship becomes legendary. Bodybuilding champions Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, and Ronnie Coleman redefine the meaning of friendship and healthy competition through their decade-long relationship. Three of the icons have also won the International Sports Hall of Fame.

Their friendship is one of a kind, to say the least. 7-time Mr. Olympia met with Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler recently. The 8-time Mr. O winner shared a wholesome photo on his Instagram story with Phil Heath and 4-time Mr. Olympia winner Cutler.

The trio took a snap at a restaurant, and all three were looking as dashing as ever. Jay Cutler, with his casual white tee and printed shorts, was smiling ear to ear. He was standing beside Coleman who was donning a black t-shirt with quirky printed pajamas and Phil Heath was wearing a teal blue tee with shorts of the same color. Jay stood beside his decade-long friends, who had their fists up in victory.

Ronnie Coleman shared the picture on his Instagram story and captioned it, saying, ?19 Olympia Titles.? All three of them won numerous Mr. Olympia titles while competing against each other. Their cumulative victories stand at 19 Sandow trophies. This truly shows their camaraderie and healthy competition. There have been resurfaced videos of three of the IFBB pros on stage having friendly banter or even training together. A previous video of Ronnie and Jay had taken the fans by surprise. Cutler and Coleman were standing on stage, and ?The King? was flexing his muscles while Cutler playfully slapped Coleman?s quads to show how rock-solid they were.

Ronnie Coleman also had an emotional reunion with Phil Heath recently. This was during the Arnold Classic 2023. The Arnold Sports Festival brought the three friends together after many years.

Coleman had posted a picture on social media where he was posing with Heath and wrote an adorable caption for their friendship. Phil too, wrote a lovely comment under the post. ?Always good running into 7 X Mr. Olympia champ Phil Heath. Phil always has been a really good friend even before he won or competed in the Mr Olympia. He was right there with me in my room when I won my 8th Mr. Olympia. #yeahbuddy,? ?Coleman wrote.

Cutler commented on the post with a heartfelt message saying, ??You have been my goal. Not just the muscles but the Man you are. You?re the only one that will make me run literally to grab a pic!!! Much love Champ!?
