The sport of bodybuilding is constantly evolving. Due to the growing size of athletes, IFBB came up with a solution and introduced two new categories. With the introduction of the 212 class in 2012 and the introduction of Classic Physique in 2016, IFBB hoped to level the playing field as much as possible.

The Open Class athletes, on the other hand, as the name suggests, have no weight limit cap and are getting bigger and bigger as time passes by. One of the biggest bodybuilders in today’s lineup is 29-year-old Nick Walker. The Arnold Classic winner gave insights on how he deals with his monster physique on a daily basis in his Instagram story.
