Fitness enthusiasts have probably heard about diets such as the keto or gluten-free diets in the?bodybuilding?world, but an all-water diet might be something new. The story of former Seattle Seahawks and Super Bowl-winning star Russell Okung will surprise you. His weight loss journey comprises this bizarre water diet, where he is not eating at all and only consuming water.
In his Instagram post, Okung posted a picture of himself comparing his first day of fasting to where he is now. The all-water diet made him lose almost 50 more pounds.

The caption of the post read,?”Long-term water-only fasting is one of the best and hardest things I?ve ever done.”?Okung has not been in the league since 2020, after an 11-year career. After retiring from the league, Okung finally revealed why he wanted to lose weight. The picture showed a 40-day transformation comparison. In the day-1 pic, he looks a little bloated, and in the 2nd picture, he looks extremely lean.

He sat down with GQ and said,?” I went through a pulmonary embolism, I had lacerated lungs, a series of surgeries, ligament and tendon damage ? getting up every day was hard.”?Okung further continued that when he was playing, he did not worry about these aspects. However, Russell soon started feeling a lack of energy in his youth and decided to change his fitness regimen.
Now Russell has resorted to an all-water diet and drinks six bottles of water a day. The Super Bowl star also claimed that he feels more alive with this diet. Even Veteran bodybuilder, Kali Muscle talked about an all-water diet that he learned about from an Indian man.

According to one of Kali Muscle’s YouTube videos,?the human body is much more adaptable to nutrition?than we give it credit for. As an illustration, he cited a tale about an Indian man, about whom Kali learned online.
Muscle said, “I just came across a video yesterday, this?Indian?guy?rest in peace? he died in his late 90s.”??According to Muscle, people did not believe that the Indian man did not eat for 70 years or even drink water.?Since his cardiac arrest, Kali has been very particular about his diet and weight training.
