After a triumphant return to acting with FUBAR on Netflix, Arnie’s newest project was an unlikely one. The 80s action icon starred in a Super Bowl commercial. While Super Bowl commercials are always unique, Agent State Farm went the extra mile. Arnie and State Farm made the commercial a 60-second action film. However, turned out that Arnold Schwarzenegger wasn’t kidding, as the commercial and another subsequent post left fans awestruck.

During his Jimmy Kimmel Live appearance, Arnold Schwarzenegger and the host even revealed the poster for the commercial. The 76-year-old was quite adamant that it was a mini-action film as it had explosions and special effects. While he wasn’t lying, the biggest surprise was Danny DeVito’s cameo. Arnie’s Twins co-star gave fans major nostalgia when he appeared during the closing seconds of Agent State Farm.

The iconic duo reunited, even if it was for a moment

Arnold Schwarzenegger posted a photograph after Agent State Farm went live. In the image, Schwarzenegger, Danny DeVito, and Kevin Miles recreated a poster from Twins. However, this one bore the title ‘Triplets’, the sequel that never got made. After Twins hit the box-office jackpot, Ivan Reitman desired to make a sequel. However, after he passed, the sequel was dead in the water.

So, Arnie collaborated with his ‘twin’ on Agent State Farm. The hilarious plot of Agent State Farm follows the 76-year-old bodybuilding icon’s struggle to utter State Farm’s tagline, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” While Schwarzenegger arguably has the best one-liners in the history of cinema, he struggled to get rid of his accent while uttering “neighbor.”

After repeatedly failing, the commercial shows Danny DeVito arriving to save the day. While teasers of the mini-film had Arnie fans excited, Danny DeVito’s cameo put a smile on many of their faces. The Agent State Farm Super Bowl commercial and Arnie’s post are a big hit with fans.

Fans want more Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Devito

Fans of the 80s action cinema icon declared Agent State Farm as the best Super Bowl Commercial. “Best commercial so far!! Well done!” commented one fan. “Favorite Super Bowl commercial!!” commented another excited fan. However, fans didn’t miss the Triplets reference in Arnie’s post.

“Great commercial. I wish Triplets would happen,” a fan wrote. “Brilliant, I’d go see that movie,” another fan wrote on Schwarzenegger’s post. However, some knew that Jason Reitman shot down that possibility. “This is as close as we’re gonna get to this movie happening,” commented one fan.
