“I joined the CRAZED @milossarcev for a Leg Day at the gym… Safe to say I won’t be standing on business OR standing at all for the next couple days!” revealed Sharpe about his leg-destroying workout session with Sarcev. The intensity of the session can freak out even the bodybuilding champions. Sharpe is definitely overcoming his mental limitations after joining hands with the Serbian bodybuilder.
Earlier, Sharpe revealed his reason for seeking professional help in training. The football icon is up for a bench press challenge with The Rock and has to improve his physical and mental strength. “This season is about ‘changing my training’. I’m changing my Mental, Physical, Emotional & Financial training,” he noted in his post announcing his association with Milos Sarcev. And the duo make a great team.

Appearing on the Cutler Cast, the IFBB Pro confessed if Shannon Sharpe happened to be in bodybuilding, he would give Jay Cutler a run for his money.
The coach calls the NFL icon a genetic freak as he aces at the gym at 55. That could be a reason why the Serbian Coach is pushing his client’s physical and mental capabilities to extremes by chalking out heavy-duty sessions.
