The?bodybuilding?community is like a big family who have banters, friendships, competitions, and love-hate relationships. This industry is fuelled by determination and discipline but above all camaraderie. Even if bodybuilding is not a team sport, the teamwork the athletes show is visible through and through. Just like a family has sad and happy moments, the bodybuilding community has them too.

On this note, Granny Guns A.K.A Marlene Flowers met up with Noel Deyzel for a collaboration with Ryse Supplements. Even among the very recent sorrow over Jo Lindner?s demise, both his Deyzel and Granny Guns put up a positive note to give out the message that no one is alone and it is never too late to start fitness.

In the Instagram post, Marlene Flowers was seen with Noel Deyzel for a Ryse Supplement campaign. The pictures were full of joy and camaraderie. The first photo was inside the office of Ryse where Marlene had just arrived and Deyzel, businessman, IFBB pro and TikTok star embraced her into a half hug for a picture.

The next photo showed Flowers showing off her biceps while holding on to the leg of the CEO of Ryse Nic Stella who was standing on the conference table looking at his phone with a smile. The third photo was of Granny Guns flexing her muscles in front of a beautiful graffiti mural inside the office gym. Finally, the fourth was with the whole Ryse family in front of the same mural.

The happy moments were captioned by Granny Guns and she wrote something motivational for everyone. Marlene wrote, ?When I tell you I LOVE my FIT FAM I MEAN IT. I feel blessed to be part of such a great company and know such WONDERFUL PEOPLE. The fitness community has and CONTINUES to change my life. I want you to know that it is NEVER too late to chase after your dreams or to start something new.?

Flowers made people realize that age was no bar for anything. The 67-year-old bodybuilding star then continued, ?If you have the drive, the ambition, and the work ethic, you’ll get there. Don’t focus on the destination, enjoy the journey AND TO MY FITFAM. ?LOVE YOU ALL.?

These inspirational words from the social media bodybuilding legend might give some solace to the community after the untimely demise of Jo Lindner. Lindner was very dear to both Deyzel and Flowers and his memories are always there in both of their hearts. Granny who had paired up with the 30-year-old bodybuilder for YoungLA had seen his potential. She also concluded that in a short time, Lindner, ?lived a life worth living,? Deyzel too, remembers his best friend often and even in his recovery time.

When the news of Deyzel?s surgery?broke, it sent an earthquake into the bodybuilding industry. A lot of questions arose about the future of the decorated athlete, especially after the emotional impact of such a procedure. The diastasis recti diagnosis was cured with the surgery but there was another pain waiting for him, unfortunately.

During his recovery, Deyzel had to cope with the untimely loss of his best friend Jo Lindner. Regarding all this, he shared an update on Instagram as well. In these periods of utmost sorrow and darkness, is when time tests everyone. Deyzel took to Instagram and updated his fans about his health status. One fan asked him, ?How are you doing after your surgery?? Deyzel with his sunshine positivity replied, ?Pretty good bro!!! I?m all healed up. Still have to do some exercises every day for the diastasis recti. But we?re at the final stage of the journey.? This showed his answer to adversity where he was always trying to find the positive in everything.
