In his latest Instagram post, CBum shared the personal chat snippets where his wife, Courtney King asked, “What are you doing at the gym for so long…?” Instead of writing to her, Bumstead sent her a video of what he was really doing. CBum also wrote that while he would not completely ignore his wife’s concerns, he would also attend to his own goals. Thus, Bumstead replied to his wife, but also continued with his exercises right after. He explained in the caption of his post, “I wasn’t leaving until I got 3 in a row…”

The fitness community was not only shocked by the bodybuilder’s strength but also by how he did it so casually. Many were also shocked about the fact that he was engaging in the exercise barefoot.

One of the fans pointed out that although CBum is handling the plate so casually, it actually takes a lot of strength. They said, “People don’t realize how much strength that takes.” Another fan noted, “Barefooted? This man is brave,” showcasing how dangerous flipping the plate was since there were chances it could fall on his feet. Bumstead’s partner also took to the comment box and wrote, “My life lol.”

On the other hand, one fan with eagle eyes noticed something rare in the video and penned, “I’ve never seen a Nike plate before.” Yet another fan commented, “Rage against the machine.”
