Arnold Schwarzenegger brings star power to every initiative he undertakes. The perfectionist packs a punch, designing forward-thinking policies as a governor or ruling the Mr. Olympia stage seven times. At the age of 76, his charisma shines through. His imprint on Hollywood has been so profound that brand collaborations use his popularity and action-hero persona to promote their products. He was also roped in as Netflix’s Chief Action Officer after Fubar’s success on the streaming platform. Recently, a new advertisement showed the megastar spreading spy magic on little kids with some D.I.Y. tools.

In the first scene of the advertisement, Arnie is in a fitness coach avatar, helping a young kid with some of his bodybuilding moves. The boy is struggling but is stoked to be trained by the legend. Moreover, the shield goggles of the lean boy and his deafening screams while doing a single bench press already add an element of humor. Arnie then shares the wise words that made him a champion. “I’m here to talk about my tools for success. Everything I’ve ever built was because I had the power in the palm of my hands, just like you, said the Austrian Oak as he threw drill guns for the boy to catch.
Next, the Terminator teaches small kids about his journey from the small town of Thal to becoming a blockbuster hero. “I was never afraid to think outside the box. I built a new box,” quipped the ex-Fubar actor. The box was a play on what Parkside Tools can build. Finally, Arnie carves out a sculpture using one of the saw machines, saying,” Success means having the power to do it yourself. The muscles scare the birds.” Then he reiterates the company tagline, “You got this.”
The promo was an ode to Schwarzenegger’s sci-fi characters that he has beautifully played over the years. Moreover, his comic timing was a great addition. The former governor has always sported a passion for lighthearted genres that combine laughter and muscle. When the seven-time Mr. Olympia wanted to venture into comedy, he made a jaw-dropping decision.
Schwarzenegger played a game of chance with “Twins”
While signing up for his first comedy film in 1988, the legend decided to waive his fee for the Twins. Moreover, Danny DeVito and Ivan Reitman also let go of their salaries in support of the action star. The wager with luck proved successful for Arnie, as the movie made a whopping $250 million.

Arnie’s risk-taking ability prevented him from being typecast in similar roles. Thus, the icon is an emblem of hard work. He broke the mold, confusing his fans and critics about his next move.
