The man who convinced and trained Chris Hemsworth to do the Arctic swim in the documentary, Limitless With Chris Hemsworth, is always trying new things. This time he bought a unique machine where he was lying down on his stomach and pulling the wires as if he was swimming on land. This helps the back muscles grow and become stronger.

Edgley confessed in the captions that he does not still know how to use the machine completely but has still tried his best. “Building that ‘turtle back’ with the latest toy in the garage as we upgrade the rig for 2024,” he wrote. The 38-year-old has even trained actors Chris and Liam Hemsworth to withstand extreme sports for their documentary and is always bringing up new challenges and equipment, surprising his fans.
