The bodybuilding world revolves around training, diet regime, and posing, while PEDs usage is often wrapped under the carpets. While legends like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dorian Yates confessed to taking steroids while competing during their prime, another bodybuilding icon was added to the list.

The bodybuilding sport requires athletes to build an extremely ripped physique to make it big in the arena. Apart from an intense training regime and strict diet routine, the bodybuilders rely on PEDs to get into perfect shape for competitions. But taking such a harsh path often compromises health and leads to deterioration of organs, and many experts point out early death of bodybuilders in the recent past to this cause. However, Heath confessed that he didn’t overdo PEDs in a candid conversation with Chris Williamson.

Further, he sheds light on his body healing methods, which are much superior to the rest of his clan. He revealed that he did “infrared saunas” and “neuromuscular massage“. “I’m the one that’s doing DRX 9000 with the decompression of the spine,” he said. Heath also asserted, “You can’t name another fuc***g athlete,” before adding, “All you see is cold plunges and dry needling and scraping, which is stupid.” Earlier, the bodybuilding icon called out upcoming bodybuilders for excessive steroid consumption.
