For two decades, she gave public speeches, donated funds, founded The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement, and wrote a book. However, Patrick Schwarzenegger gave her crusade wings. For the first time in two decades, Shriver found a way to constantly generate money for her movement without relying on donations. So what did the young actor do for his mother?

Patrick Schwarzenegger told his mother to create a product that improves brain health. He also said they could spread awareness through product marketing.?“I?ve worked with lots of different companies over the past decade… I got to learn a lot about how to build a startup,”?the actor said in an interview. The Midnight Sun actor had learned things like branding, pricing strategy, marketing scenarios, and more.

“I kind of told my mom, ‘Look, I?m living with you right now, it?s Covid, my workflow is down and I?m happy to get this company off the ground,'”?Patrick Schwarzenegger told The Los Angeles Business Journal. The mother-son duo created Mosh, a protein bar with ingredients that benefit brain health.?The company found success, and Shriver and Schwarzenegger are looking to expand their business. However, the mother and son aren’t the only philanthropists in the family.
